It’s the lips that make her face look odd. If you look at her profile you can see that her faces highest point is the mid section so by getting lip filler she exaggerates this particular area, making her mid face protrude more outwards (flat, short forehead, low cheekbones, weak chin, protruding lips and nose). Of course not flattering since that’s going against our modern beauty standards (which she’s trying to achieve by getting plastic surgery)
