I know I'm more productive when I do the pomodoro technique, work 25 min break 5 min and repeat. It makes me want to do as much as I can in those 25 minutes and when I take the break I feel excited to get back to what I was working on

I have a mini trampoline and a basket with yoga mats and weights in our office. When my focus is off I jump on the trampoline for 5 minutes ; ) Thanks Marie!

Thank you so much Marie. It is always nice to know other people are thinking about the things I am.
Some of my best ways to get more done and be more productive is by listening to my body's sleep clock. I try to go to bed and wake up in a ritualistic fashion. And time every day no matter my shift at work. I give myself a solid eight hours when I'm doing well but when I am at my best I am in bed with about eight and a half hours to spare.
My other key for productivity incorporates planning out my day. I start doing projects a little before the rush time or my procrastination "push everything out and barely do a decent job" time.
This cuts the amount of stress on my head and makes it easier for me to sleep. Plus if I jot down some notes I want to remember or do tomorrow I don't stress as much, get a quality nights rest and feel supported by my past self in the morning.
Supporting ourselves makes some of the most reassuring results to the day.

Totally agreed! Staying productive definitely helps to manage the hours I work in helping people with affiliate marketing. I try to plan an action to stay on track on day to day job routine. In fact, staying healthy and dehydrated can increase productivity.

Thanks for this great advice! I actually did so for many years, making house and garden work in the office work (I had the office at home) and productivity was hudge...then I got burnt out for other, more external reasons...
