This is much needed for me today, because I've felt sorta burnt out from this year. Though I wasn't working a "job", the pursuit of my creative, health, body goals and social goals and general life stuff took a toll a bit on my motivation and enthusiasm. I may have spurts of motivation and inspiration and tackle tasks, but I've felt super "meh" lately, even towards things I used to enjoy. I've felt this... waking up and feeling tired... That's 2020 for ya.

So many good suggestions here for all of us to reduce the stress of daily life. I use all these and can definitively say it does work. My blood pressure drops a bunch after the breathing exercises.

Would love to hear more about breath work and breathing exercises — What is it? What different forms does it take? What does it do? What’s hype/what can’t it do?

Early stage you will have high cortisol. Late stage is low cortisol.
Also has a lot to do with the adrenals.
If you have a real burnout you will need at least a year of good rest.

Certainly felt this. I feel that less is more in this aspect ie (less quality diet, less activity etc) but is it all will power? Or is it the nervous system telling us something?

Thank you for this information. Starting on the supplements today. Ive known for a while I'm ca/mg deficient, but this is the jumpstart i needed to get on a daily regimen of Mg intake.

I use a red light tanning bed. I like the way it makes me feel, and you’ll find some Drs out there that praise the benefits of red light therapy can have a human body. I know I’m on the right track, as my V-D levels were check without it, and after a few months using it, and my V-D was excellent! !!! And something he usually doesn’t see on blood test with his patients. 👍👍👍

Great video as always Thomas!

p.s. at 5:35 BDNF stand for “brain derived neurotrophic factor”, not nootropic factor!
