My regular doctor sent me to an ENT that was just like that.
I had to do my own research and see other doctors. For my type, a chiropractor and therapist helped me get it under control. That may or may not work for you because there are many different types and causes of T.
Seek out a good audiologist that specializes in T and work open and honestly with them.
Dr. Ben’s video series also helps. He also has a series to help relax.
There are also some pressure point massage videos that kind of help, but those deal with the symptoms and not the cause.

Hi everyone 👋, I recently got tinnitus a month ago from loud exposure from night club. Saw ear specialist and audiologist for hearing test and everything is normal. In fact I scored 7 on left and 8 on right . Excelling hearing. I was told by the audiologist it’s possible my ear was too sensitive to certain high frequency pitch that it picked up in my auditory cortex and got stuck in there non stop ringing.. is that even an possibility that your hearing is too good which intensified this acoustic trauma experience ? @Dr Ben Thompson.

By the way I am not giving up . Within 3 month I can still possible see miracle happen where tinnitus goes away forever. for everyone else out there with tinnitus stay strong 💪 💪
