It works. It's part of my regular routine. My tinnitus is bad in both hearts, it's very high pitched and loud. These techniques work!

And the 4 7 8 breathing technique works great, ty doctor.

He's right about different reasons for tinnitus . I tried all these different solutions, none of them worked. But what worked for me was moving my jaw bone around with facial movements ( hearing cracking sounds while I do this ) then popping my ears by pinching my nose and blowing! It worked . Whatever it takes, right ?😅
