You're never alone with tinnitus. No such thing as silence. You actually get it from loud noises, mostly. It's more of a continuous high pitched tone, not "ringing or buzzing." At night you can tune a radio to the static hiss in between stations if you want to mask it.

Actually I'm 14 yeard old, one day i was suffering with extreme codl and cough and realised i was hearing a low pitched buzzing sound but i thought it was a external source of sound, a construction or something. But when I asked my family about that sound i found out that i was the only one hearing it . I was pretty much tense and i searched about it on youtube and this video popped out. I was getting extremely anxious about it after hearing about the word hearing loss. After 2 days when i was sleeping it became the worst it could be, i was thinking about to go to a doctor but my parents told me to calm down and talk about it in the morning . I am here after 6 days and it is almost gone now

This works for me every time it may not work for everybody. Even as of today I had tinnitus ringing in my ear on the left side two times.
I close my eyes and then visualize that I am turning a knob to the left slowly decreasing the volume until it's at zero and sometimes you can even physically use your hand to mimic turning a dial and it works for me every single time.

I’m pretty sure i have tinnitus and it really increases my anxiety. It’s constant and only ever stops when i stop thinking about it but recently its occupied my mind quite a lot. I wish there was something I can do about it but I hardly doubt it given that its most likely from listening to loud music. It started a year or 2 ago when i really started blasting my ears and i still do some times. I wish it would go away :(

I hate videos like this from so-called professionals. You want to know the real cause of tinnitus. It's due to compression of either your carotid artery in your neck, your vagus nerve, or your jugular veins. If you want more information on this, type in on youtube, "caring medical tinnitus".

This doctor will explain that all of these symptoms that we have in our ears and in our eyes and our balance system and our brain is all caused by cervical instability.

Hope this helps some of you get real relief.

And yes, I had tinnitus and cured it used a procedure called prolotherapy.... Yes, it's expensive af, but I'm 100 better!
