I reduce my tinnitus by running more. After few days of running my tinnitus decreased. I also start eating more fruit and veggies. Less meat. I do meditation every other day. and my tinnitus is gone. Keeping your mind busy in different activities helps too. Hope this can work for some of you.

This video gave me new hope. I've been dealing with severe tinnitus for 4 years now and it's been gradually getting worse. 😢 I've tried EVERYTHING and nothing seems to help. This video literally lifted my spirit because honestly, lately I've been feeling like checking out. I can't handle it anymore. But as a single father of 5, my duties here aren't done yet so I have to find the strength. Thank you! 🙏

I hear the ringing no matter what. No amount of noise (or lack thereof) changes it in any way. It also varies wildly in "volume" and tone, and seems to be tied more to my stress levels than anything else. Sometimes it's a tinny high-pitched squeal, sometimes it sounds like one of those hearing-test tones, and sometimes it's barely noticeable and other times it almost drowns out everything briefly.

And ever hearing test I've ever had demonstrates that I have no hearing loss at all.

What upsets me are all the people cashing in on our suffering.
Praying this truly works 🙏

I have tinnitus for about 20 years now, recently I discovered that taking cold showers daily helps a lot - I'd say it at least halves the symptoms. It's might be hard to start doing this, but it might help You out too

I got my tinnitus to almost no sound here’s how!

1. Cut out caffeine to sleep waaay better
2. Workout fees times a week
3. Reduce processed foods
4. Believe it will go away or subside
5. Don’t listen for it and know there are other medical situations that are worse
6. Ear plugs helped greatly also
Just my two cents on how my situation has gotten better!

24 yrs on active duty and my tinnitus was so bad by the time I retired that I would get sudden dizzy spells or these flash migraines that would almost make me feel unbalanced but not quite vertigo. In 2022 the VA ran a number of tests on me and eventually issued me the Signia hearing aids. I wore them every single day, even when I was alone at home, and at first I felt as if everything was ‘way too’ loud and that itself annoyed me, but over time I guess my brain adopted and fast forward to today, I can’t go without them. On days I forget to put them on I do notice that my tinnitus isn’t as bad as it was before. So just a simple hearing aide is worth talking to your doctor about if you have severe or even just mild tinnitus that simply annoys you. Thankfully ya’lls tax dollars paid for my hearing aides so a BIG thanks to all tax payers :).

The beauty of this device is that it’s ACTUALLY a foot in the door. It might not cure everyone right now, but it’s something the medical field can use to improve upon that can lead to better treatments and/or cures.

I've had tinnitus for many years. People tell me to do things like meditation and relaxation techniques for me stress, but that's when it gets, or seems like the loudest. The only temporary fix I've had is going to the beach every week and hearing the ocean waves which is louder than my tinnitus but doesn't always cancel is out completely.

Tinnitus....SO many factors that affect when it happens and the severity! I've noticed work exposure to fan noise, HVAC or droning background noises can trigger mine. But the absolute worst and quickest way for me to have a bad episode is STRESS. I believe meditation, purposeful breathing exercises, stress relieving stretching and regular exercise is the best way to minimize tinnitus. Can't get rid of it but certainly has helped me tremendously.

This week there are 15 US clinicians who are meeting in Dublin Ireland for training by Lenier to prepare to start fitting this unique instrument in the USA. This five day training plus an online academy has been provided to these very high level professionals who have vast experience already. I am very pleased Dr. Cliff has brought awareness to this ground breaking new program. Thanks to Ross ONeill and Hubert Lim for their outstanding science based efforts.

Clinical trials by the manufacturer should be taken with a grain of salt. Also at no point does he say he is not being compensated by the company for this pretty obvious endorsement.

I’ve had mine since I can remember which is 3 years old. I even asked my mom what that sound was. I thought it was the sound of my thoughts and that everyone had it. It has NEVER bothered me until I found out not everyone had it. People could actually have complete silence!

I worked on a flight line for 20 years. I was **religious** in my hearing protection (often doubled up) because I didn't want to spend the rest of my life with Tinnitus. Still got it. I'm hoping this device can help.

Thanks for sharing this video doctor Aud, I've been suffering with tinnitus for 15 years unfortunately in my left ear. It's affected so many things and even slowed me down a little bit with my time management, because of how distracting it is.
I just want this bad dream to come to an end, and be able to get my life back on track with peace of mind 🙏✝️

Just wanted to say thank you Dr. Cliff for sharing this information. There are so many people out here that are suffering from this debilitating mental torture. I have had this high pitched for over a year now and you are exactly right it is not in the ears. It is in the brain. I have learned to habituate to this to the best of my ability . Masking sounds and distractions to keep me busy has been the best remedy so far. Winding down and getting a good night's rest and sleep has been the most challenging thing so far. Anyways, so glad to hear of there being a possible cure. This is exciting! Thanks again for sharing. All the best to you and yours.

Oh my god, I would really really love this... My tinnitus has become absolutely unbelievable recently. I'm only 22 years old and I stay awake at night crying and staring at the ceiling because this high pitched ringing drives me insane. I can't sleep or hear myself think. Some nights I just want to bang my head against the wall. I really, really hope this will soon become available for everyone. It sounds like a dream to be able to perceive silence again.
