Welcome to my new 7 Days of Sweat challenge for 2023. 7 days, 7 workouts, 20 minutes a day. No equipment needed. Do it with me and you'll feel amazing. Over 7 days and just 20 minutes a day, we are going to transform the way we feel, so stick with me all the way and let's do this together.

I’ve been off with a fractured spine for 6 months. Spiralled into depression and totally lost my mojo. After a very honest and open conversation last night with my daughter, I have already been to the doctor this morning to sort out medication for depression and now just done your workout. Thank you Joe for always understanding how the biggest battle is just getting started. I’m at last patting myself on the back for doing something positive. Thank you Joe ❤

Joe, after some time (6 months) I'm back and couldn't be happier to see a new series of Days of Sweat. I just finished Day 1 and I won't lie, it seriously kicked my butt. I'm quite sure after running through the next six workouts I'll be more energized and ready to take on some new challenges. Thank you so much for being such a positive motivator. Keep up the fantastic work that you do!

Started with Joe back in 2020 during the pandemic! Definitely went through some life events that derailed me from my weightloss journey. Glad to say I am ready to get back to it and could not think of a better place to start than here! For anyone else struggling with their journey (for whatever reason) just give yourself 20 mins a day! 🌹🥰

What I like about this video is that you explain the next exercise straight away, meaning I can formulate modifications (or challenges!) for myself in my mind in the 20 seconds rest. In other videos you will talk about the exercise just done and sometimes not explain the next exercise to the last moment meaning no time to think about modifications/challenges for myself.

I used to do your workouts all the time and felt incredible. Not just physically but mentally. It has now been 9 months since I have had my baby and I have been struggling so much to get back into things for many reasons. Thank you! You made it possible again! 😊
