How Long Should You Take Probiotics?

Have you ever wondered how long you should be taking probiotics?

In 2–3 weeks, most will experience an improvement in symptoms.

However, a number of studies this year have shown an ideal minimum duration to be 2–3 months, so if you started probiotics recently but aren’t feeling total relief of symptoms, you don't want to stop too soon!

Of course, the exception here is if you’re having a reaction to the probiotic, which is often caused by an additive. In that case, listen to your body and consider a different probiotic.

If you have any more questions regarding probiotics, comment “probiotics” below, and I’ll send you my comprehensive guide!

Question: can you take them longer than 3 months, and, let's say one like your soil-based probiotic even longer? Maybe indefinitely?

Perfect timing, I started them two weeks ago only at 1 billion CFU and I am noticing no positive improvement.. the initial side effect sorta went away but I’m not noticing anything rly different. Maybe more hunger? I’m going to raise the dosage.
