me at 138 lb, been exercising for bout 3 weeks... still the same weight... oof
and I've also curved diet, been eating a lot more fruits and vegetables and I've been intermittent fasting to stop eating excess unneeded calories
also been trying to stay in a calorie deficit, been trying to eat under 1600 calories a day

Literally been eating under 1500 calories everyday . I've only lost 7 pounds since new year. It's so disheartening 😔

Okay so I shouldn’t panic if I stay the same weight for 2-3 days 👀 I lost weight in a really unhealthy way before really fast so now it seems like it takes forever. But I’ve lost 6 kgs so far!!

Im on a calorie deficit : 1300kc and doing exercize everiday for like 2 months ...and i cant loose weight something is wrong with me ?🥺i need help

i have been doing intermadiate fasting for 16+ days but doesn't see any result, so im searching How Long does It Take To Start Losing Weight?

You have to put in the effort for many months basically. I get it now. Keep on the path. Keep doing what ur doing.
I also hear the more fit you become over time the more you have to increase your calories or food intake but STAY IN A SLIGHT CALORIE DEFICIT! so eat more calories but work out more ;) but cut back like 500 calories or something like that based on your individual needs! Who knows you may have a specific number calculated just for you on how many extra calories to cut out consistently.
It could be 200 calories cut out, 300, 400 or 100! Who knows. Do the math on the tdee calculator & get to work.
My problem is i wasn’t seeing the real real progress i wanted and i just got lazy and went back to junk food binging out of depression. And gained more weight!
Don’t do this. If you are emotional find a different dopamine hit! Exercise! Listen to inspiring gospel music! Dance! Sing! Do a hobby. Play with your pet! Whatever you do do not cave or give in to binging on tasty junk food or food in general even if it’s super healthy! Wait until you are calm again and nuetral and then eat your meal plan! Stay on track!!

I’m 5’10 at 240lbs - 246lbs on average . My BFP is around 24% so that means I have a larger frame making me not look fat as many would think at that weight . My goal is to lose 70lbs of fat

I’ll chalk the meat and dairy comment up to ignorance. This was 3 years ago so you probably didn’t realize that meat is the healthiest thing a human can eat
