Always show all stats. If there are portions that are more "Complex" put them in a secondary tab so that other players aren't immediately overwhelmed by them and can ignore them at will.

Hidden stats or not you can definitely tell what’s solid and what’s not when you go to higher difficulties. A global buff to the rest of the game’s guns would help keep options open imo.

So weird they decided to remove more detailed stats, even more after the CEO says a weapon has a ton of stats that actually makes it different, logic would say that if this is the case then we should be able to see this stats or at least some of them.

Edit: ok after reading some of you, I want to clarify that with detailed stats I don't mean like being able to see all this 50 stats with specific numbers. But some more stats on armor penetration for example because I feel rn the info in that it's pretty basic, almost every weapon says "light armor penetration" and some of them has more armor damage than others.

Im talking about detailed stats about breaking a little bit more the stats we already have because some of them are vague, but nothing more complicated.

Knowing armor pen values would be very nice, as well as a breakdown of what different ammo types do. I want the numbers, like how much more damage do explosive rounds deal to a chargers butt and other squishy parts.

The devs can say whatever, most of the guns desperately need a buff because the breaker is just hands down better in every way

The CEO says this but devs in discord confirm that they are going to do weapon balancing. Think this is just a cover to buy time.

I don’t mind the vehicles making missions “faster” because in theory you would be able to obtain more samples and things like that. Because let’s be honest we all run out of time on the destroy spawner missions and if going from point A to B means that. I have mobile cover, a wins a win.

The issue is that those 50 other stats don't matter when one gun can just blatantly out DPS everything. And even then some guns are just flatout bugged or have horrible properties like the Breaker Spray and Pray. It does abysmal damage and can't even destroy bug eggs or blow up explosive canisters. Also, I know there was another tweet talking about the "meta" and how the Breaker isn't the most used guns on successful missions but I feel that is a heavily skewed statement. I'm willing to bet that if you took player level and difficulty into account that wouldn't be the case. I imagine that for players pass lvl20 running lvl7 difficulty or higher are or majoritively running Breaker as it drastically increases your odds of being able to hold of waves of enemies.

My biggest issue is the game is wrong on armor pen it states. Some weapons says light armor when it clearly has higher values.

About the gun's stats, they should've just made a small option tab to 'see advanced stats' or 'see detailed stats'. It would help a lot, a lot of guns say light armor, but they seem to damage medium, others do no damage at all, despite saying a good damage number (spray n pray), etc.
That being said, we just liberated the Angel's Venture. o7

I really wish I could run whatever I wanted, but it's not very viable in HD2 right now (unless you like losing). Heavily armored units spawn in mass when it comes to impossible and helldiver difficulty, and if you actually play the game you KNOW railgun is the byfar the best anti heavy weapon. I think the main issue is there are almost no other options for dealing with the number of heavys in higher difficulties.

If they want us to use other weapons, then give us weapons that can actually be used.

Yes, doing whatever is viable in lower levels when there isn't around 50 chargers and 10+ bile titans per run. If you want to play on higher difficulties and enjoy completing missions, good luck doing it without heavy armor pen.
