i have shoulder blade/neck stiffness from a car crash 3 years ago and this is a game changer! Going through the whole video feels like an intense but extremely effective physical therapy session. I have never done movements that helped me to this degree.

Been struggling with neck pain for a while, following a minor car crash saw a physio who noted that this could actually be deferred pain from my back - over a couple of sessions I started to realise a pain similar to a pinched nerve near my right shoulder blade. I've been working as traditional therapist. I do help a lot of people, but can not help myself haha.

The shoulder pain makes me unable to lift heavy things, or even sit nicely on my motorbike.
