I've been drinking 5 or 6 cups green tea daily for 20 or more years; it certainly is healthy. At age 80, I have no health problems, I keep slim and I have no need of prescription meds.

I’ve been drinking 2-3 cups of green tea everyday now for 2 years straight, usually a cup in the morning and then a cup at night and maybe an extra one midday. I switched from coffee to green tea about 5 months ago best thing i ever did. I really notice the improvements on my mood and my anxiety is almost non existent i drink 6 cups a day.

I drink green all day. I hated green tea when I was a teenager and wanted to drink more sodas. As time passes by I realized that sodas were just increasing my diabetes so instead I started drinking green tea and it has improved. I also did lose some weight with some exercises of course.. All I'm trying to say that green tea has improved my health and I don't regret it.

im from South Africa and at one point i was 149kg and after i got a shock from the blood domination of my iron being too high i immediately when on a diet called the 28 day diet and on this diet they told me to drink green tea. i wasn't a big fan of it but 2 years later in a very healthy 115kg and still going strong.
