I tried to figure out this issue for a while:

How to enable wireless internet connection for windows 7 Dell. Until I was surfing YouTube for a solution. I then came across a video, which helped me some what, but didn't actually solve anything. So I shot this one!

I've been trying to turn on wifi or turn off airplane mode for 3 HOURS now and I finally found that button. That button is the radio atenna next to f12 this works for my dell 7537 inspiron

Hi, I followed every steps you showed but to my dismay, there is no enable button in my windows 7 laptop (Toshiba) the only button that was there instead of "enable" is "Disable".🥺

GUYS you can notice when he says "right click on this", he's right clicking on something called "DW1501 Wireless-N WLAN Half-Mini Card". Your computer doesn't have to have this exact same thing. Notice on it's icon it has a black arrow in a white circle pointing down. Just look for that same icon, right click it, and enable it. Hope this helped. :)
