So basically the best and most accessible for me is Tomatoe, red pepper flakes and eggs since I already tomatoes raw, lol😅
Almonds and salmon may be a bit less accessible for me but they're not hard

Pak jokowi lagi batuk 1 bulan ini, tolong kasih tau minum collagen, suplemen collagen, covid Eris virus covid bikin luka pada membran, maka membran yg luka bisa di perbaiki dengan collagen, kalo batuk ringan ga perlu collagen. Eggs are not my friend. I get nauseous most times after ingesting eggs. To tolerate I have to use HOT pepper in its preparation. I sometimes get nauseated when I break open an egg. All other food items identified are the ones I use. Except for bop Choy. I will resume incorporating it more often in my diet.
