Don't let the overwhelming and unnecessary amount of exercise variations overwhelm you.
For any beginners out there, include these on your back day
4x, Pull-ups
4x, Inverted Rows (or standard rows)
These 2 exercises alone target literally every muscle group on your back.

Barbell row is good for mid and upper back but this workout doesn’t really suit it. This my my personal back workout:

Standard Deadlift 5-10 reps builds total back strength and for the erector spinae
Normal Barbell row 5-10 reps, mostly upper back and mid
Pull-ups, failure. This one opens up the lats and better than pullovers or pull downs
Face pulls, 10-15 reps. For the rear delts
