My biggest barrier is been alone at this.. I feel that I am the only one who has to make changes from all those people that I am surrounded with.. so after few days I would give ul on it

I loved the part you compared it with showing up at work everyday, that even if we are sick or not in mood, we still have to go to work because of the commitment . I felt it with all my cells. I'm an Elementary school teacher and it's really hard for me to be as active as before . Cause I had never been this over weighted. I started to lose weight 5 days ago and watch videos to stay motivated. I need to lose weight before school starts. Thanks for the time you devoted for us ❤😊 hello from Türkiye 🇹🇷

Inconsistent lifestyle and work patterns, inconsistent sleep patterns, no motivation to cook after work.

Working nights on a high stress, desk based job. No consistent eating times or lunch breaks due to the shift patterns being everywhere

Getting distracted and falling of the grid. I want to opt for a healthy lifestyle, eat healthy and not worry about what to wear everyday and feel conscious about my body. But I eat healthy one day and fail to do that for the next 2 days. And I am tired all the time and struggle to cook a meal and eat unhealthy and eventually feel disgusting. And that is a loop

My biggest barrier is wanting to eat something sweet and wanting fast food and craving an easy snack every hour, I’m not obese of that fat but I definitely need to lose weight. I’m 13 and weigh 149 pounds.
