How to fix a big neck, thick shoulders to get a thin neck and long neck, smaller shoulders.

Put all your fingers on the bottom of the chin. Push your head up for 15 seconds.
Place your palms in the center of your chin. Push your head up for 15 seconds.
Turn the neck from left to right and from right to left for 15 seconds.
Step 3 : Posture correction exercises make the shoulders smaller.
Touch the finger on the shoulder, rotate it forward 10 times, spin backward 10 times.
Put your palms on the back of your neck. The other hand touches the shoulder and rotates back 15 times.
Do the other side as well.
Keep your hands in front of you and spread your arms out 10 times.
Finished, always do it once a day.
