I think in the beginning it is good to keep track of salt, sugar, carb intake ect. Because as you have to learn the difference between a craving and what your body needs. So I think keeping a food journal is helpful, in my personal experience. 😀👍

You guys are awesome. You're my favorite keto channel online. I think you're about to answer my question I think? Keto on a high volume, maximum strength, combat sports athlete.

Mike how do you track steps? I don't like to keep cell phone attached to me due to radiation issues.

I think the easiest marker for me that I'm fat adapted, without the use of Ketone tools, is that I can be in hypoglycemia blood glucose levels and still feel amazing.

Mike, do you consider flaxseeds to be high enough in lectins that you would stay away from them? Thanks.

Hi Mike, noticed you had an Oura ring, great product I love it. I was watching a podcast with Dr Mercola and Dr Gundry, and Dr Mercola mentioned to make sure you have your ring on airplane mode most of the time and just update it a couple times a day, as he has measured the electrro magnetic radiation coming from it, just a tip. Love your show!! You are both great, keep it going ! Thank you so much for all you give !

Any thoughts on the difference between the keto diet and intermittent fasting? I usually exercise in the mornings, skip breakfast, sometimes either skip lunch or eat a keto plate for lunch and have dinner normally (I eat as much carbs as I want). I have the intention to get into ketosis on the day and get out of it at night (it helps me sleep). What are your thoughts on this? It feels more natural to me getting in and out of ketosis on a daily basis.
Greetings from México ✌🏻
