Don't think I can eat 8 times a day but doable I guess. In a nutshell, point is to consume 1200 calories for women (men need more) to lose wt gradually, avoid high fat and too much carbs, have more fiber and protein in a day. Common sense really. I just eat half the portion of what I used to eat to lose wt with my regular daily diet and minimum of 30-40 mins of exercise of any kind 4-5 times a week.
You did good. Try to google and count the calories approximately how much calories of each portion you are eating in a day, then you will know whether you are eating the right amount and right kind, eating too less is not good too. Almonds and half of any fruit are my favorite snack after a good dinner every night. Once that is done, I won't eat anything after 8pm until next morning around 7am.
I heard somewhere last week that after the age of 40, we are supposed to eat half the food we used to eat, drink double the water and do 3 times more of exercise to stay healthy, mindful and alert for a long time and and enjoy good company and good laugh, sounds good to me :)

If you are really interested in fresh coconut water, you might want to try any oriental grocery stores. It's already shelled . They are tender and ready for water consumption . but it does not yield much coconut.

I definitely feel hungry at night if i eat a light dinner. But gradually you cultivate habits ones you start eating less then you can't eat more. Today your diet was very good. Really ghar ka khana mujhe to bina tel ke bhi achha lagta hai. I ll also read her book

Very good diet plan routine and I also do my dinner at 8.00-8.15 pm and in dinner I prefer roti sabji or something light food. In lunch I eat max.time dal, rice, sabji and salad.
