I loved this one-day diet plan! Quite practical and doable. For those working, I think meal preparation can work well for them. For instance, my sister lives in Melbourne and is a working mom. So she makes one dal and sabzi on Sunday nights which she uses on Monday and then just a fresh sabzi or dal on Tuesday. You can always prepare the tadka and its ingredients on weekends. For breakfast, you can have overnight oats instead of having to make poha in the morning. For dinner, you can quickly make tomato soup and have it with some wholewheat or gluten-free pao. I also make wholewheat noodles for dinner sometimes which takes a total of 10 to 12 minutes. I lost weight using such practical and healthy eating methods and have been able to maintain it also. The trick is to abstain from eating unhealthy meals outside. That's where all the hidden calories are.

One Sugestion..Never add red chili poewder to Poha.. Make it spicy as per requirement with Green chilies itself. Makes a lot of difference to the taste - Mi Marathi

Hello Priya. Nice to see u back. If you're trying to lose weight u shouldn't get disheartened that rijutas diet plan is difficult to follow- her basic idea is actually v simple n practical- I think she overcharges people for something that is common sense but just tough to follow which is portion control! After pregnancy I had barely put on a few pounds bt after my kiddos- when I was on birth control that's when I put on 10-15 pounds n no matter what I ate I couldn't lose a pound! Finally I went off them And also followed a diet comprising of every food but v small portions. And voila I was back to where I was and maybe even less- I have been around 95-100 for years now of course im also short/ petite only 5'1" bt just wanted to encourage u that it is all about portions- it is actually amazing how little we really require to eat especially with our sedentary stay at home modern lifestyles, really, no matter how much we do around the house not like we r working the fields n walking miles...😁 So give it a try forget the rigorous snacking every 2 hours - at mealtimes just eat that small portions of food u showed in the video- if u r still feeling hungry drink 1-2 glasses of water n get busy, have a small snack here n there on days n times u feel like n watch it work .. u go girl👍

May be I wouldn't have pointed these out had u not mentioned Rujuta Diwekars name but if u r really doing it the I guess h shouldn't give out wrong message using her name, firstly she would never recommend that packed water you had, instead there could be many other snack options like dates, makhana, etc. Secondly she never ever talks of portion control, shez totally against that word even, she always talks of sitting down n eating mindfully. Thirdly having fruit juice that two after straining out all the fibre content. So may be the diet was healthy overall but pls don't use her name and show things which she doesn't support at all.

It's good.. What you said is right.. Being mom of twins toddlers my self find difficult to Prepare n have.. But that's the only way....
So if anytime you have cravings for sweets.. Do you have it...

Don't use plastic container... In kitchen n water bottle...also use iron kadai or iron pan instead of nonstick cooking utensils
