What about fighters who have to train cardio everyday

I built 8lbs of muscle in 5 months (DEXA scan) this year with only bodyweight "lifting" 3x a week, metabolic workouts 2x a week, and core 1x a week.
So, not sold that ONLY circuit training is the answer.
