Good morning! I like what you said, "you'll have 3 small wins instead of 1 win". I like that - i still finish the workout but breaking it up tricks the brain into thinking that i did the entire session in 1 shot. Thank you - what a wonderful tip! Practical and realistic, thank you very much.

Well said buddy i find just piggybacking of other tasks is great as for example you can still watch Netflix just workout too!

I'm going to try breaking up the 30 minutes into 3 x 10 mins (morning, afternoon, and evening).

My problem is i work construction.. so my legs and feet are hurting after work... any advice ??. Should i do workouts in the morning before work?

What if you dont work in an office ? Im a bus driver for the City. And i have 12-14 hr shifts. But listening to your video i still have 10hours inna day left minus the 2-3 hours looking for parking the 7 hrs left to get rest n back out to work. Ill figure it out some how. Or just go hard on my 2days off and pick a 3&4 th Day, to add 2- 15min sessions etc.
