How I find time for EVERYTHING (even with a full time job)

I was working 60-80 hours a week as a full-time hospital doctor. I was building a business and growing a YouTube channel, and trying to have something of a social life. But I still had to find time to study for boards. I was completely burnt out. And I knew if I didn’t make a change, my life would fall apart. So after years of experimentation, teaching, and learning, I discovered how to find time to study. These are the 3 steps.
