Wow! I am so happy I found you! We have many similarities. I, too, have lost three children over the years. Then, my wife died unexpectedly in August 2024. Shortly afterward I began to experience joint pain and tight muscles/muscle pain. I had lab work done which didn't show anything. I switched to a naturopathic doctor a few years ago who was helping me with natural supplements to heal my body from years of stress over my children's deaths. My doc said it would take a long time to heal. I was feeling good, the best in years, but my wife's death knocked me back quite a bit, but I am healing. I suffer from PTSD, too. Anyway, I'm subbed and will be following you. Thanks so much. And I am sorry for your losses. - Rick
