For all my running friends: a new how to warm-up before running! This is a quick & easy 7-minute pre-run exercise for runners that you can do before your next running and training session. This dynamic stretch before run video will go through a variety of stretching and higher intensity exercises to make you ready for your next run.. Take it easy as always, be mindful, and enjoy this pre-run warm-up. No equipment needed.

Nice exercises! I've always said that plain running is not enough, you have to also strengthen yourself by doing these types of exercises. Thanks for the video! 👍

Hlo mam can u tell me how I reduced my time, next month my physical endurance test in which 1600 mtr run in 6:30 min, now my timing is 7:15
