Many thanks for your continued tips, and letting us know that we are not alone. It is sometimes difficult to remain positive under these circumstances.

I can totally relate even though I'm not on the market for a 6-figure job (looking for intermediate level)! I've been getting 5 or 6 second/final round of interviews in this year, but haven't got an offer yet and most of feedbacks I got are 'we went to someone more experienced in this domain'...kind of frustrated as I always thought if the domain experience is so important then why not rejecting right of the bat...thanks for your insights!

Looks like I'm not alone in this predicament but my best guess is it all boils down to connections and networks.

Your knowledge is endless!! The last part about referrals is exactly what helped me being hired as a customer service advisor for a billion $ retail giant 🌈

I submitted my resume to an excellent company and I was rejected by the HR office as "not a good fit for the position", but my resume was seen by another manager who thought that I was a good fit, he printed it out and walked my resume over to the hiring manager where I applied and after a couple of interviews, I was offered the job.
After being on the job for a few months, they said "You have been doing really well here, why haven't you applied to this position before?" I said that I did, but it was rejected by HR, that's why I was surprised when you called. He was really surprised and that is when he told me about how he got my resume.

I agree, especially about the last part, I spoke to the manager by chance and after 3 days I was past HR. Sadly I screwed up the interview afterwards. But that's probably the best way to approach getting a job.

I graduated in May 2020 during the peak of the COVID recession and I've been getting tons of interviews for bdr positions and still no job. It seems like jobs are hiring desperate "hungry families" over me. They are probably hiring the people that say, "I have a daughter to feed and I have to make ends make!" Your tips are great! One thing I struggle with is putting energy in my interviews, which are soft skills!

This is exactly where I am, I'm getting interviews but no offers. I am changing careers, leaving the Army to pursue Project Management in the civilian world. It's really frustrating getting nowhere after months of trying. Maybe I should be looking more into the Hidden Job Market...

I get tons of interviews. All the way to the last interview. Top 100 companies, 6 figure salaries, etc. 20+ interviews, I haven't received a job offer.

Watched your videos before going in for a very important interview. It went great and I got the job without even doing the second interview. Your advice and information is absolutely great. Keep up the videos, you got a subscriber.

I have this exact same issue. Major 6 figure salary jobs, 20+interviews, all the feedback i get is my knowledge blew them away but decided to go a different way... something seems off but I can't figure it out.
