My company interviewed a kid with pro nouns during 2020. He asked what our covid per cautions were at a trucking company. He didn't get the job. Their legal way out was that he had like ten jobs on his resume, not lasting longer than 3 months. These kids can't live in reality.

I used to work for a mega corporation and given my results I received the HR of different branches to ask me questions on my success and one of the first questions was 'how many people of diverse ethnicity' did I hire ! I said 100% of competant people and their race or gender wasn't taken into consideration. Then I asked them what percentage they hired and they said that they tried to not go above 25%. That same corporation NOW make a point of ONLY hiring 'diverse' workers. How times have changed

I interviewed someone who was like this. I'm not in a supervisor roll or a manager, just a worker that was on the panel and my input was "This guy is going to be a problem, he has no idea what's going on with (Job Criteria), I think there are better candidates.
They hired him anyway and he's been a complete nightmare for everyone.
