Most difficult question I've been asked in an interview was "can you tell us about a time you made a mistake at your current place of work, and what you did to correct the mistake ?" I am a health worker - biomedical scientist.

How would you say I am overly blunt about on task assignments? Would you add like a mental disability in this question? Having dyslexia I have a slower time processing information. However, I retain more information over long periods of time.

these kind of questions are bulshit and no longer in use by professional recruiters, hiring someone should be based on just three things: 1. similar experience 2. no experience but knows how to do the job 3. great desire to do the job, its that simple

No, is not a difficult question.... is very stupid actually.... the fact that you have to google "how to answer to this question" means that you are getting trained to pass an interview, not to give real and honest answers....
