In an interview, Mark Dacascos talked about how, at his parents' martial arts school, his mom regularly ran a horsestand practice for 20 minutes, one of the most important for me, to feel balance.The last items are still a challenge but I like challenges.Thank You Shi Heng Yi, as always.💙🙏

Thank you so much Shifu for your generosity. I have metal knees (I am 78 ) and cannot squat but have been trying pubu standing, bending supporting leg, stretching other leg and using my mind to do the rest. Combining arms and intention is improving. I am stronger already since day one and will continue this practice daily now.

Good afternoon Shifu and all qi gong practitioners. am calling from Jakarta Indonesia. Am 78 years just underwent a light stroke, am learning from beloved Shifu to enhance chi, in the hope releasing me from medicine dependance. Let the chi do the recovery. Know it is hard to do but have to go through it!.

Thank you so much. I could not get my heel to the ground in the crouching stance, so I have a lot of work to do to be able to do that one.

Низкий поклон и огромная благодарность вам за такие подробные с описанием трудных моментов для нас, тренировки . надеюсь у меня будут получаться последние упражнения в этом видео, я буду стараться . это приседание и вставание в вашем исполнении было очень красиво ! Надо больше показывать это молодым ребятам, хотелось бы очень, чтобы больше людей это видели
