Hey Tanner,

I just wanted to say that I’m really impressed by your physique and everything you stand for. You have an incredible ability to inspire, and I’ve learned so much from you when it comes to training and lifestyle.

That said, sometimes it feels like you make training seem so easy, which I totally get considering it’s a big part of your job and lifestyle. But I think we should also acknowledge all the parents out there who manage to fit in their workouts in the mornings before work, only to then handle a full day of work and take care of their kids in the evening. The discipline and balance they show is something truly special and deserves recognition as well.

Thanks for all the inspiration!

Going to the gym every day is actually a great thing. The point is to go do something other than sit on that sofa all day. Go work on mobility or flexibility. There's literally no excuses. The only thing stopping you from going to the gym 30min to an hour a day is your laziness.

Absolutely, spot on !!!! Plus, get daily sunlight, hydration, quality sleep, human relations/ social interaction. Bonus points, avoid alcohol and smoking. Right 👍.
