Just because a band sings about God doesn't mean you should listen to it. There are many churches out there who are false and unbiblical and they produce many false worship bands who are helping spread their nonsense and need to be exposed. They are trojan horses who are secretly invading the airwaves with false words that are going undetected. This video will examine the most popular worship groups and reveal the truth about them and why we need to stop listening to them. Join me as we see if these bands are worth listening to.

Oh my, as I started researching with discernment I realized there are both these you mentioned and so many more bands and music artists who identify as being Christian and ARE NOT! We really need to get back to the heart of worship and focus on Jesus ✝️

So glad you mentioned the song Reckless Love. I was appalled when I first heard it at my church. So much so that I wrote a correction song called Perfect Love. Still don't like hearing other songs from those groups you mentioned here being sung in my church.

I have to say, seeing this hurt nearly to the point of tears. Then going through my music list and deleting them hurt more. I realized how much Jesus hurt to do what He did to preserve my soul, though, and that gave me strength to complete the task. Thank you for what you're doing!

Hallelujah Jordan. Over the last few years, God opened my eyes wide concerning these “Christian” bands. I got nasty looks and nastier comments concerning Reckless Love”.
Let me tell you and any other believer out there. From Pilate’s chamber, down the Way of Suffering, up Calvary Hill, brutally nailed to roughly hewn logs, those logs hoisted up and dropped into holes that could nearly be (3) feet deep. His crimes were for those who looked to Christ for repentance of every one of their vile Sins. This being just “one” the day of crucifixion; please explain to me, how anyone in dwelt by the Holy Spirit, would accuse God of exhibiting any sort of reckless love? There is nothing reckless about God.

Keep this up Jordan; you have a voice many don’t. God Bless.

Thank you for pointing out those churches that are behind those most popular worship bands. Already know about Hillsong and Bethel churches, preaching false doctrine. Sadly, a lot of churches have adopted many of those worship songs. Need to go back to the hymns that I used to sing at the Presbyterian church.

Thanks Jordan, keep teaching the truth. Growing up in the 80s and 90s I recall how my pastor warned against CCM. Sadly, it fell on deaf ears for many. Much of CCM started off w/ biblical lyrics, but the writing was on the wall. Not soon after, just a few years at best, unbiblical lyrics were introduced. Now look at these CCM "pioneers"; Amy Grant, Michael Smith, Jars of Clay and so many more, what are their opinions of the Bible in regards to "social issues"? They're in favor of them, homosexuality, abortion, CRT, you name it. These people are charlatins and heretics. I dislike throwing shade on anyone, and always look at my own life as I am nothing but filthy rags, but praise the Lord I don't want to ever lead anyone astray as these "worship bands" and CCM singers have and continue to do. Their "best life now" is this one for sure, because unless they truly repent, ask forgiveness and salvation they will have their worst life to come, and it'll be for all eternity. I pray the Lord continue to use you.

I'm a new subscriber and would like to know if you have any video about gospel artists that aren't true born-again believers? Artists who are freemasons? What can you say about Cris Tomlin, Amy Grant and Michael Smith?

I grew up in a church with traditional worship and we usually sing from hymnals during service. In our youth we have a mix of traditional hymns and newer songs. And in 2021 I got exposed to contemporary worship.
For contemporary worship songs, I often listen to SOP (Stream Of Praise), a Chinese group formed in US in 1993. They released their first album in 1995 and release one album per year on average.
I found many of their sheets listed at least one reference Bible verse under the song title and I like this. After I bought their app for HK$235 this year, which gives access to all of their songs' recordings and sheet music, I often use them when I lead worship in my university or in youth at my church.
I also listen to Amazing Grace Worship a lot, as their songs have lyrics which directly quote from the Bible.

To be honest with you I member of a church in Taylor’s South Carolina that sing Hillsong, Bethel, Elevation, Hillsong United, maverick city I have talk to my pastor about these artist and he don’t understand the songs the church sings and that I don’t worship to the songs and want to ask what should I do in this situation?

I’m Greek Orthodox Christian and I’m glad that I don’t listen to over the top conservative Christian rock band songs in church services, instead I listen to calm and sane angelic hymns sung by monks and nuns in Orthodox Church services.
