Thank you for telling how many exercises per muscle group! Always been confused on that but recently just discovered I’ve been over training and it’s no wonder I haven’t made any progress

So the way I was doing my splits recently is on
Push: 2 chest, 2 triceps, 2 shoulders (front and side).
Pull: 4 back, 2 biceps, 1 shoulder.
Leg: 2 quads, 2 hams, calves

I guess my 4 back exercises were excessive lol, I always felt non motivated for that day. Glad to see a video of someone else with what they do because I was not sure if I was overworking some muscles.
