What really helped me was imagining that I'm pulling the bar down with my elbows not my hands, my hands do nothing except be hooks.

What helped me alot was lowering the weight by alot. And then try to learn to Control the contraction and really feel it.

Going slow on the eccentric actually makes me feel my biceps a lot more on most back exercises. What works for feeling them best in the back (for me) is really letting my scaplulae move up/forward at letting my back stretch as much as possible, holding that stretched position for a bit and then explosivelly pulling towards myself and thinking about the movement coming from the elbows.

Hey Mike, dumb question here but using the app and I’m deadlifting to gain horse strength but the app calls it a glute workout not a back workout, what gives? Don’t get me wrong I want horse cheeks but I’m trying to be able to pick up a smart car and throw it out of the parking space I want.

Any help is appreciated but whenever I do the full stretch in my lats my left lat like pops out or at least it feels like it does, it hasn’t always but one day I was stretching and I felt it happen and it’s been happening since

I'm 6'6 with wide shoulders and long arms, any recommendation for how to feel my upper lats? None of the bars at my gym really feel like they're wide enough for me
