30 DAYS CHALLENGE
1) *Set the foundation*:-
•Write your goal on a paper and paste the paper at the place where u look everyday. 📖 🖋️ 📄
2) *The secret morning routine*:-
•Rub your hands and put it on your eyes when you wake up. ✋🏻
•Write what you will do in the day to make it productive. ✍🏻
•When you wake up, on your bed say something positive i.e.This day is the best day, Today is luckiest day, My most productive day, etc. 😇
3) *Karma Yoga*:-
•Focusing hour's-Study less but focus on it completely that you remember each and every detail of that topic you studied less. 📚 ✍🏻
•Energy currency-Energy is very less just like money, use it only on important thing for eg-While ur studying, don't use phone as you will waste the energy in wrong direction.Use energy wisely. 🌞 ☀️
4) *Evening Routine*:-
•Don't Study in evening, spend 1-2 hrs on something else i.e.sports, hobbies, family time, etc.
5) *Night Routine*:-
•30 mins-Leave your phone for 30 mins before your sleep as the phone throw some BLUE RAYS that will damage your eyes, Steal your focus, and you will not be able to sleep properly. 📱
•3 hours-Eat your dinner 3 hrs before Sleeping, this will enhance your metabolism i.e. eat dinner at 9pm and sleep at 12pm.
•Task checking ✅-The tasks you wrote in the morning is supposed to be checked in the night, tick the ones you have completed, cross the ones left.This will give you motivation towards tasks.
