Simplified:(may variey)
1) wake up at 6 and get natural light (dont use your Phone till 8)
2) have a eating habit and drink 3litres of water for a day
(Very important use apps if necessary)
3) exercise between 6 to 8
Or do normal habit(eg reading, cleaning etc.)
4)after eating lunch
Do your habit instead of wasting time(not necessary if on school)
5) meditate between 2:00 to 6:00(not 3 hours but at least 30mins and dont get any screen time after this)
6) think about what to do the next day and to see what had happened today
And plan out what to do next/next day)
7) stick to the routine(difficulty: medium)
8)sleep time sleep befroe 12am(difficulty:easy)
9)dont eat dinner 2hours before sleep(personally I'do
Dinner:9:30 sleep 11:30, i don't recommend this)
10(difficulty: impossible meditate for 1:30 hours straight if you do it reply down below)

Just a heads up. For the morning portion, cold shower post workout will slow gains. Inflammation is a fundamental of muscle recovery and cold exposure diminishes it. I only recommend it after if you need to recover quicker from soreness if for example you have a football game tomorrow or something. You can do a quick 3 minute or shorter cold shower BEFORE the exercise to reap all the benefits of both.

Before watching this video, I have been already following the morning routine. The lemon and salt water helped me reduce headaches I used to get throughout the day. I also mix ginger cause it keeps my gut healthy. I tell you, this morning routine works like magic and helps you to keep motivation throughout the day. Whenever I miss this routine, I have an unproductive day ahead.
