It took me 3 months of using assisted rubber band pull-up to get my first 5 clean pull-ups. Now, I'm on my 1 year of Pull-Ups training and I saw my result of my back a lot bigger compared to last year.

Will try this for sure! I often tried different bands and it felt different every time. Sometimes it felt easier and sometimes way harder. Makes way more sense to just progress with the same band

No, just start with negative pull ups. This year I could not do any pull up, I started with negatives and now I can do a set of 5 pull ups

How about putting a chair by your feet and putting your instep on the chair to help you go up when fatigued
