Dave Ramsey is like a father figure. Who hits right in your head hard. A wake up call. I know some people who gets offended watching or hearing his content. But i dont. Because lets be real. When people slap the reality in these peoples faces. They are going to get mad cause they know its true! Thank you sir.

I have been out of debt many years. I buy older lower mile vehicles. My pickup is 14 years old with 56, 000 miles. My car is 20 years old with 106, 000 miles. My taxes and tags last year were $164.00. Both vehicles are paid off. I have a cheap 30 dollar Walmart phone. I have never paid for TV. I have a really good antenna with a power booster that picks up sometimes around 100 channels, which are all free. I have an $800.00 dollar boat which I take out often. I have no debt what so ever. It is a great All that money I save looks better in my account than the phone company, car dealer, boat dealer, treasures office and the list goes on and on. Now I know a guy who has a $30, 000 car a $50, 000 pickup and a $20, 000 boat. He also has two jobs and so does his wife plus their big house payment. It's all for prestige and its not worth it. To me less is more!!!

The intro was absolutely great and true at the same time.. Every real change I’ve made in life it was after I had that kind of moment with myself.

One of the rules of staying out of debt i learned from taking Dave Ramsay's class in high school was stop loaning money to people such as friend's or to anyone, and one way to stable yourself from stayin out of debt is to make a budget list

When I first got into Dave I told my girlfriend about him and was addicted to these videos. Even though she had a car loan, She didn't wanna hear his voice because she said he would make her mad. Go to show that's she didn't wanna face the fact that Dave is speaking facts.

I’m starting to feel like I’m treading water again. We moved into my wife’s parents place for 7 months and paid off all of our credit card debt (25k). Smartly bought a house that is within our means (1/4 of net pay for mortgage, taxes, insurance) that we can grow into so I doubt we’ll have to ever move (hopefully). Long story short, we incurred some bad luck expenses shortly after buying the house and now I’m 15k in credit card debt again. Tack on the hospital bills from our second kid and even after budgeting and sticking to it, I’m positive about $300/mo after all bills. Is it smart to consolidate credit card debt into a traditional loan? The APR will be lower but your budget will get tighter because of higher monthly payment requirements.

Also, is it worth it to hire a CPA to get the most out of tax returns as a home owner?
