My self-care practice: I just like to sit alone and talk to myself, it may sound crazy but the amount of self love I gain from that practice is DAMN! Also I have self-care sundays like Tam and I like to recharge myself for the next week- chakra healing, aura meditation, shadow work .etc. Also reading your fav book in the balcony or an aesthetic library is so good like I spend 2 hours in the city library reading. I practically ghost everyone on Sunday as i need to recharge MYSELF and spend time with MYSELF. I only meet people on Saturdays and on Sundays I sleep extra late and have a lazy morning but by the afternoon, I'm romanticizing self-care.

I’m currently at the end of a month long rut and once that quote came on screen I started to cry. This completely stopped me in my tracks. My procrastination phrases are usually more like "I still have time, I can do it later, I'm still young and can get better later on", while some time ago my problem was the exact opposite. There was an emergency feeling, that I should be better right now. Both are bad, I don't understand why I always go to the extremes when trying to fix something instead of getting to a balance :(
