I started walking a lot for the past 6 months. In addition to increasing my intermittent fasting to 16hrs and working out 3 times a weak, ai dropped 25 Lbs since Feb 1st 2024. I look forward to more walking and weight loss to hit 300 lbs by year end. I am 345lb today.

I've been averaging 15k steps a day with resistance training and diet. I'm down to 26% bf from 33%. I still have a bit to go but your advice has always kept me going!

Hmm that makes alot of sense. I was trying to understand how my body while studying and living in Barbados was so much more fit. I just assumed it was all the dancing, lean eating, more water intake cause it was hot. But really when I think about it was probably all the walking. Lots of walking and inclines from the place being hilly.

10 minutes walking 10000 steps😂😂😂😂😂..sorry but this is a biggest BS I ever been hearing!!...10000 steps is 8 km!!
No human in this planet who can walk 8km on 10 minutes!!
