Thank you so much for the modifications for those of us with wrist/hand issues. I had surgery on my hand last year and am unable to do a plank without going to my elbows. I’m going to try to modify it to the arm of my couch. I feel like this will help me rebuild my hand strength as well as working other areas. I feel like you just gave me an early Christmas gift, thank you so very much! ❤ Merry Christmas 🎄

I really appreciate the fact that you include modifications. Especially as someone that used to be able to do a plank years ago. But due to issues with both of my knees and my back wasn't able to do a plank again until June of this year. So the modifications help me to not feel frustrated and angry that I'm unable to do a certain move. And they allow me to "earn" the move through various stages. Thank you for that.❤️

My left shoulder saw your demo and said “nope!” 😂 But I’m a master of working through and around injuries. So, on the left side, left hand planted, I can bring the right knee in for the tuck, and get it back and around/behind planted on the ground properly…but then only bringing my right fist up to my chin area without rotating that right arm overhead. That’s where I’m at. 😭🤷🏽‍♂️ Gotta heal up fully, and then work on shoulder mobility.
