Y'all need to stop worrying about the specific numbers, it's different for everyone...Just take his principle cuz he's right, do high incline on tread and speed walk with deep steps...simple. Boom.

Started begin this year with treadmill walking. 0 incline, 5 kmph (3 mph) lost 7 kilo in 1 month. I am 62 years old and as I have to spare my knees I only do walking. My aim is to slowly up the speed to 5, 5 - 6 kmph. It has to remain fun and sustainable for me to do it. I also want to continue listening to my favorite podcasts and walking is the answer.

Yeah you’re right.. I used to do 5 mph at a 15 incline for 30 or so minutes and it works…💯💥💪🏾💪🏾

Thank you. I used to did not like the treadmill. I love it now. I have done 12 minutes and 10 minutes holding the handles. My incline is 4.0 at level and 3.0 speed. I will work towards the 30 minutes and also work on not holding the handles. I did a few times run for 10 seconds while doing the treadmill.

10% incline for 4mins and 5% for 1min at 5 km/h. Total cardio 30mins. Prefect option for me.

Walking works. You can also try it with a heavy bag (outside) if you dont have an incline options

I walk for 20 min w a 2 min cool down. I incline between 4-7 and move at a speed of 3 - 3.8 mph. I do the cardio after my workouts. Im just a beginner. I try to weight train 2-3x a wk when im not weight training im doing stretching, yoga, and my go to has been Bodyweight workouts, ill use resistance bands as well.

That type of cardio makes me really hungry so I eat more. Defeats the purpose of the cardio.

how about skipping rope, is it really good ? cause its burn more than treadmill...
