RECIPE:
1 Butternut Squash, Peeled and Cubed
1 Qt Chicken Broth
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Mi Tienda Table Cream
2 Tbsp Fried Onions
Instructions:
Peel butternut squash and cube into quarter size pieces.
Add butternut squash and chicken broth into a large pot and simmer for 20 minutes or until very soft.
Remove butternut squash from pot and place into a blender but keep chicken brother to add the blender as needed.
Add 3 cups of chicken broth and blend until smooth. If soup needs to be thinned out add a little more broth.
Add salt at the last 10 seconds of blending.
Pour soup into a bowl and garnish with Mi Tienda table cream and fried onions.
