I have been dealing with groin pain and stifness for 4 years now. In my language (Spanish) it is called “pubalgia”. Since 2020, i have been trying to find ways to add both strength and mobility to my adductors so this video will be helpful.

This is actually convenient since I’ve been having groin pain from running and cycling (just overall overworking my legs more than I should). I’ll definitely work this into my workout routine and see how it turns out :)

As someone who has had an adductor strain before and believe me you do not want one. Mine took almost a year to rehab. Keep these muscles, strong and flexible.
