do you do always full body workouts or do you do also split routines like pull/push/leg or upper body/lower body?...what do you think about split routines? can you make a video about that?

Anthony, thanks for the vid. I got your book this week and am on my 3rd day of intermittent fasting. I started your beginner's download workout in August and am seeing gains in my reps that I am happy with. I am overweight so after reading the chapter on IF I decided to take the plunge. I want clarification: I want BOTH to gain muscle and lose weight. I had no reservations about IF until I watched this. What are your thoughts?
