I have never cooked a vegetable soup on my own. When I got home yesterday out of the blue, I told my lady; I’m going to make a soup. She knows I don’t cook, but she still encourage me to try.
My Lady can cook very well, but I knew she was tired; so I decided not to. ask for her help, and give it a try. She asked me, what kind of soup are you making? Since we have a lot of vegetables I answered, I want to make a vegetable soup, but since I have never cook soup before; I’m going to look for a recipe on You Tube.

I did see a few recipes which were easy to make, but when I saw yours; I just had to try it, because I love cream soup.
Allow me to say; thank you very much for this wonderful recipe. Not only did I make it, but it came out banging. It was late at night and I finished about 12 midnight, so when I asked if anybody wanted to taste it; my lady and her brother said, we’re going to bed. So, I sat down and after thanking GOD; I ended up eating two bowls and I didn’t want to put the spoon down. That’s how tasty it was. I followed your recipe to the letter, except I had to make a substitution for the beef broth; which we had ran out of. However, she did have chicken broth so I used that instead. I also used Himalayan salt, instead of regular salt because I suffer from HBP.
The following day, my lady tried it; and she ate two full bowls herself. She couldn’t stop complimenting me, but I said to her; the young lady on the video is the one that should be complimented. She agreed. I’m going to make one more soup, but this time; it would have to be bigger, so I’m going to have to double up on everything, because now everybody wants to try it. So I thank you for this wonderful recipe which I needed badly because of my health. May THE LORD JESUS bless you, your family, and all your viewers. Peace. 🙏🏽🕊️🌹

Omg! This was amazing! I just made this because I've been under the weather & when I feel a bit sick I tend not to eat meat. Don't want anything too heavy. This was JUST RIGHT! So light yet filling! So glad I stumbled across this video! Thank you so much!

I made this soup last night and it was so yummy but i didn't add the milk. i liked the thickness from the potatoes and it was so creamy without adding the milk. its a winner in out house. thank you

I made the soup exactly according to your recipe except the time I do not like time. It was very tasty. I have been looking for a long time for a vegan soup that did not use tomatoes and still had a good flavor. My only comment is that I would blend some of the veggies in the soup before I added the peas when I blended after everything was together, the taste was made stronger by the blending and I didn’t particularly care for that but it was still delicious. Thank you oh and I did add a pint jar of great Northern beans to get a little more thicker and a little more protein into the soup, you couldn’t tell that it had been added.

I added dill, and white cannellini beans, and almond milk for the “cream”, it was amazing!

I soak a few almonds and add it when veggies are cooking, so when you blend no need to add any type of milk be it plant based or otherwise. The soup tastes yumm.

Hi. Your soup looks delicious. This is my first attempt at cooking your soup for health and wieght management reasons. But I wanted to make some additions: leaf spinach, kale, bell peppers and bok choi. When is a good time to add those items to the soup. Your input would be helpful. Home cooking is still rather new to me.

I especially like that the recipe is dairy-free and vegan. I cut out the oil and will just use water and/or veg stock instead for health reasons. Again, thanks. Great job!
