If you add some quinoa, it becomes Sopa de Quinoa, a staple in Peru and Bolivia. They also toss in some purple potatoes and green chilies to give it some heat.

Love it! I sometimes use oat flour to thicken soups, stews, gravy, and the like, but happy to have an alternate!

This came out great. I used 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed veggies. We ended up having it over whole wheat ramen. Delicious.

This looks really good, I will definitely be trying it soon. Yesterday I made the cream of corn soup from your 15 minute cookbook and it was delicious! The grocery stores here sell a frozen corn that includes diced jalapeño peppers. Next time I will try that in the soup and add some chilli powder to the mix of spices. I love how easy your recipes are and that you use basic ingredients. Thanks for all your hard work.

Just made this for lunch 1/9/22 I put extra corn, peas, plus I added frozen capsicum and cut up some potato 🥔 I had cooked .
