At 72 years of age I have experienced many breathwork workshops, yoga, Wim Hof's method and my own intuitive processes; all of which have been and remain very beneficial. And while alternate nostril breathing goes back many years for me I had not incorporated it for many moons. This delightful presentation is extremely inspiring as I have noticed I had lost a lot of balance capability, in many ways, lately. Thank you

Seeing the how the breath effects at the centre of the forehead, really helps as doing the practice now for few days can sense the balance and stillness, or the changes for the better. Caren thank you.

Hi my blood pressure was up and I felt I needed to breathe better and youtubed your yoga video and found this one and it relaxed me and I felt much better. Awesome 🙆😍😚🙏😹

Thanks for giving us these exercises. I have a problem. Even being seated in a way that my knees are lower than my hips, my shoulders tend to fall frontward, blocking my diaphragm and then the flow of air when I inhale. If I straighten up my back bone and rigidify my shoulders, it feels uncomfortable plus I am then focused on my posture and not on my breathing... any advises?

thank you for your amazing videos for the first time on youtube I find someone who teaches the scintific facts after evrey yoga excersise without getting involved with oriantal culture so deeply until it's boring, I mean even if they invented the techniques for it, it should be global, mesopotemi invented writting but everybody writes and they don't ask who did it first ..

my breath is really short I cant't get along with the pace of what you say how can I work on that ??
