My worry is how does it get paid if something happens. Do you need to front the money first to the hospital then fight with them later to get it paid. Or just give your insurance policy number to the hospital and they take care of it for you, I wonder?

We took out insurance from World Nomads and my daughter forgot her cellphone on a train. She immediately realised it but there was no way of getting back on the train. So our claim was not paid out because they simply stated that we left it unattended.
