Haha glad I found this. I’m a year away from finishing my masters and really trying to break into the field and something like this gives me an idea of things to look for really excited!

I stumbled on your page while looking for Healthcare Administration careers. What a blessing 🙏🏽. I find psychology to be fascinating. Thank you for speaking on the stress topic. I struggle to understand if I deal with stress or anxiety. It's hard for me to tell when I'm going through it.

Would you please make a video regarding healthcare “politics”? I never realized how political so many aspects of healthcare are and how if you’re not in tune with that or are too blunt, you can really stunt your growth. Thank you! Excellent videos.

Wow this is just want I was looking for. I’m a long time laboratory Technologist but I just got my bachelors in health care admin and soon Master’s. I’ve had trouble wrapping my head around what opportunities were out there for my new degree

Where have you been? Youre the mentor I've been needing... I am laboratory personnel working on my MBA, because I wish to move up. I am frightened to get stuck in a laboratory director position and never move up to COO (hopefully CEO one day). The lab director position isn't vacant (in spite of the COO and CEO "telling without telling" that they dont care for the current one). I love your "learn all the functions of the hospital" approach. Would going from a grunt medical laboratory scientist to a "clinical director" position be too big of a culture shock? I'm just not sure what I do if the pathway my own CEO suggested isnt an option at the moment.

Hi Dr. Jeff! I'm currently working at a soul sucking consulting firm and I want to transition to a Hospital Admin position by pursuing a masters. I work around 60/hrs a week and I am simply exhausted. I wanted to know if this is a demanding field in terms of energy and time. I'm tired of playing the "corporate machine game" and I just want to do something meaningful and simple. On a day to day basis would you be able to tell me what the career looks like?
